Attempting to dig Miss Ecky out resulted only in further ceiling cave-ins, and Mick even lost one windy in the action. Miss Ecky performs a Divine Aid to unknown effect, and Ködel promises to commit genocide on behalf of Ahriman if he returns Miss Ecky. Ahriman however, demands the genocide to occur first.
Heading off to the mushroom forest to find some kith, the party find an abandoned camp. Following the trail for a few days, the party is ambushed by a small squad of kith warriors. Many are turned and flee, but the party is bruised and battered.
